Secretary Zhu Visits Pittsburgh to attend Landmark Unveiling Ceremony

On October 9th, ACUA Secretary Mr.Zhu was invited to attend an event organized by the “Pennsylvania History and Museum commission” and the Beaver Falls Historical Society and Museum at 220 Seventh Avenue in Beaver Falls in Pittsburgh area.

The site is an old factory, which employed many Chinese immigrants who made tableware and knives 140 years ago, The ceremony honoring this former Beaver Falls tableware factory as a historic landmark.

Secretary said, ‘it is an important historical event to recognize contribution of Chinese immigrants in America’. Zhu has drove 8 hours from New York to Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
