The Leader group of the American Chinese United Association have been invited by Mrs. Meng (Zhaowen Meng) to her office in Flushing, Queens, New York in the morning of April 25th.
During the conversation between the leader group of ACUA and Ms. Meng, ACUA’s President Jason Lam have introduced the purpose, the team and the operation of the ACUA (American Chinese United Association) and the Chinese American Museum.
He has introduced the purpose of ACUA for promoting the interests of Chinese and fosters the responsibility of the younger generation to the state and society. To improve a better society for the world and encourage Chinese Americans to actively register and vote, unite with the multi-ethnic people, integrate and develop together.
In the conversation Mrs. Meng thanked president Jason Lam of the ACUA for his contributions and dedication to the Chinese community in the United States, as well as her remorse and anguish over the epidemic’s inconvenience and racial prejudice. She encourages everyone to work together to make a positive difference in the Chinese community and the United States as a whole.
